A quirky collection of traditional Japanese kites founded by the Taimeiken restaurant family. It has moved to a temporary Nihonbashi-Muromachi location for about five years during a redevelopment near its original site.
Why children love it: Hundreds of brightly painted Japanese kites — dragons, samurai and cartoon faces — crammed wall to wall.
